Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Baehub website, mobile apps, and related services. By creating an account or using Baehub, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Baehub is not intended for children under 13.

3. Shared Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Baehub a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the service and share it with the partner you connect with. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use Baehub to break the law, infringe rights, harass or threaten others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or submit unlawful or abusive content. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

5. Expenses and Settlements

Expense and settlement features are organizational tools only. Baehub does not hold funds, process payments, provide banking services, or provide financial, tax, or legal advice. You and your partner are responsible for verifying entries and settling payments outside Baehub.

6. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. We work to protect and preserve data, but you should keep copies of information you cannot afford to lose.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account from Settings in the app. Shared records may remain for your connected partner with your account reference removed where appropriate. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Baehub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Baehub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as Baehub changes. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using Baehub and delete your account.
