Signing in

Use the email address you registered with. If you forgot your password, enter your email on the sign-in screen and select Forgot password?. Check your spam folder if the message does not arrive.

Partner and shared-space help

Baehub spaces are private to two connected users. Include your account email and a short description of the issue when contacting support, but never send your password.

Notifications

Enable notifications in the app and in iOS Settings. Notification preferences and quiet hours are available inside Baehub Settings.

Delete your account

In the app, open Settings → Delete Account, type DELETE, and confirm. This permanently removes your account. Shared history may remain available to your connected partner with your account reference removed, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
